A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that feature. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. We do not retain or record those search terms on our systems.

Wahkiakum County Criminal History does not keep, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It identifies official sources, including the Wahkiakum County Sheriff's Office, local courts, the Washington State Patrol and its Washington Access to Criminal History portal, and the Washington State Sex Offender Information Center. The website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor information is not used to create consumer reports or criminal-record files about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Information submitted through a box is subject to that provider's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each provider controls its own retention and disclosure practices. Read those terms before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the sheriff, court portals, Washington agencies, legal-aid resources, or outside search services. Once you follow an external link, the destination's privacy practices control the visit. Review them before providing personal information.
Some advertising companies may track activity across websites to select targeted ads. That collection occurs through their systems and policies.

We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be available to:
